I believe that there is a current lack of discussion about the teacher-student relationship that is critical to the development of education. For graduate studies, a harmonious mentor-student relationship is an important part of the training of students. Not all mentor-student relationships are a harmonious one; tension and conflict are part of the reality. How to establish a good mentor-student relationship depends not only on the teacher’s own efforts, but also on the joint efforts of the school, students, and parents to achieve it. When we shy away from talking about sensitive mentor-student relationships, we are actually leading our education into a pitfall.
