How to Manage Classes Effectively in Online Courses?

At the moment, schools in many parts of the world have moved online, so that our approach to classroom management is changing as well. The online classroom is different from the real classroom and there are many differences between the two. For example, there is a sense of distance in the online classroom, which requires teachers to make full use of the various tools of the online classroom to eliminate this sense of distance. For the management of the online classroom, I think the most effective way is to establish a good learning atmosphere. In order to achieve this, teachers should not only change the way they plan lessons, but also be able to communicate with students and be sensitive to their needs in the classroom. The ability to get feedback from students is crucial to the management of online courses.

We all have our own heritage but we neglect other’s. Others’ is ours. It is not philosophical question but the way to open our mind towards other possibility and beauty. We may ask ourselves what is the heritage for us as a whole.

Good to know about the ICCA. I like the indigenous culture and read a lot about them. It seems that ICCA is doing great job in helping those people. From my understanding, the indigenous people is so far away from our modern life. This is a misconception. More and more them have to move out of their forest or nature. That is sad. We watched how tough for the modern person stuck in the forest or mountains. We need respect the diversity of lifestyles instead of to be the same.
