The use of OERs during COVID-19 is important
The current impact of COVID-19 is affecting the financial resources of many students, and it is vital to incorporate free OER into teaching and learning. I believe that free and open educational resources are important for advancing educational equality for students now and in the future. Education itself needs to be de-commercialized, as does the use of educational materials. The use of free educational resources does not mean that the quality of the material itself is compromised; rather, the quality of the free educational resources is good to some extent. The quality of the OER educational resources itself can only be continuously improved if more people are interested in using them.
