Compare to the in-person teaching, the online teaching is facing so many challenges. I think one of the biggest challenges is the engagement issues. By learning online, so many unexpected factors into the reality. But it doesn’t mean that there is no way to conquer. The challenges are causing issues not only for students but also for teachers. In order to engage students fully into the online learning, the teachers need to prepare it by different ways such as using the good online learning tools, getting to know the needs of students, familiar with the online teaching pedagogy, etc.

Challenges and Coping Strategies for Online Courses Should Be Frequently Shared Among Teachers
In the present day, we face many challenges in online education. I am sure every teacher faces different kinds of challenges such as the use of online platforms, dealing with technical issues, networking issues, and so on. I believe that in order to be able to make these issues a public issue, there needs to be regular communication between different teachers rather than waiting until the end of the course, which is a bit too late. The challenges and coping strategies for online courses need to be shared in real time between different teachers, which is essential to alleviate the problems caused by online teaching.
