  • What is Hard Job Skills Training?

Posted by Emma on 2020-06-06 at 1:36 PM

I am wondering what is hard job skills training like you guys cofounding about it. After searching, I found some interesting definition. For example “Hard skills are part of the skill set that is required for a job. They include the expertise necessary for an individual to successfully do the job. They are job-specific and are typically listed in job postings and job descriptions. Hard skills are acquired through formal education and training programs, including college, apprenticeships, short-term training classes, online courses, and certification programs, as well as on-the-job training.” (https://www.thebalancecareers.com/what-are-hard-skills-2060829). I mean we can’t fully trust the definition but I want us to discuss it to see if we are able to input something new in that the definition is the first step towards the efficient discussions.
