Faculty Need Get Pedagogy Training
In college, it doesn’t mean that every instructor knows how to teach and that is why it is necessary to give them the chance to learn how to teach. Different school has dissimilar methods and policies regarding faculty pedagogy training but I feel for current situation it is not enough to support the training. Some professors are busing for research and don’t have time to get training. I think the training should be a routine and give the professors the opportunities to stay together to learn and to communicate individual experience. Every semester is different even for the same courses. It means professors are getting new experience from the per semester basis. Why not letting them to learn and communicate together with the pedagogies?
