Re-envisioning teaching graduate seminars
The graduate students are the ones who are trying to learn to be independent scholars. Therefore, the seminar is the crucial steps towards students’ success. The pedagogy is different between the undergraduate and graduate students. For seminar, students-centered approach needs to be implemented fully. Certainly, it varies from one subject to the other but the common thing is to motivate students to be the engine of the class.
