In college, professors have so much work to do including teaching, research and other stuffs. In order to get promotion, the professors have to perform well in both teaching and publications as well as funding. If they put much efforts into the research but lack of enough time to prepare for teaching, it is not good thing for students. That is why it is important to keep the balance between research and teaching. It demands time management as well as strategies to teach and research.
